Read the general stain removal guidelines.

First rub on our CleanEz. Liquid dish soap works as an alternative but not as quickly. Allow CleanEz to set 15 minutes or dish soap an hour. Rinse with cool water. That should remove most of the lipstick. Repeat is necessary. Rinse with vinegar and water then cool water.

A concentrated orange cleaner will also remove lipstick. Make sure it does not contain petroleum distillates or d-limolene as both products have been linked to cancer. If the clothing has gone through the dryer, the stain is probably permanent. At this point try using straight hydrogen peroxide to remove any color. Peroxide won't remove the lipstick only the stain that remains.
