Use a non-acetone fingernail polish remover. Dab on wait 30 minutes and rinse with vinegar and water. If the acetone fails to remove the polish, try some brake cleaner or cigarette lighter fluid. After the stain has been removed, dab on some liquid dish soap wait 10 minutes and rinse.
