For toilets: Can be used with the water in the toilet or back the water out if needed. Gently rub Erase It around the toilet to remove hard water, iron and rust. You will notice a scratching noise. Do not be concerned EraseIt will NOT scratch your toilet. Not recommended for plastic toilets found in some RVs or boats.
